Just steps from the Hudson river and Saratoga Battlefield, we host a limited number of events and weddings each year in our historic rustic chic barn built in the 1800's . The barn provides a picturesque setting for events of all types all year round! Featuring high ceilings, exposed beams, 6 horse stalls, it’s the ultimate in country elegance. Guests will be charmed by the 67 acre farm overlooking the Hudson River.
Our venue offers the flexibility to create an unforgettable event with your unique vision. From elegant, open meadow or river front ceremonies with horse drawn carriages, to rustic barn, with laid back boating, lawn games and fire-pit receptions. Experiences can be endlessly custom tailored from start to finish.

THE BARN

THE PADDOCK & GROVE
The farm offers choice of horse paddocks over 67 acres featuring peaceful pastoral vistas, the Hudson river, tree groves and a pond. Select the ideal tent location for your unique event.

FEES...
Venue Rental: $3,000
We are honored to extend a 15% discount to veterans or active duty members of our military and a 10% discount to charitable and 501(c) organizations.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
Payment Schedule: To reserve your event date a 50% deposit is required. Venue rental fee and refundable security deposit must be paid in full (30) days prior to event date.
Cancellations: The venue rental fee is typically non-refundable, should you choose to cancel and we are able to re-sell the date to another party we will refund your entire deposit less a $250 administrative re-booking fee.
Insurance: We require clients to obtain a minimum $1,000,000 in general liability event insurance. All vendors must be properly licensed and insured.
